II. Precautions for use
Installation environment requirements
Avoid strong vibration environment, enable the "anti-shake filter" function and reinforce the mounting bracket;
When the ambient temperature is >60℃, the rated value must be reduced to ensure smooth heat dissipation channels.
Electrical specifications
The input voltage must be stable within the range of ±10% (such as 21.6~26.4V for 24V DC system);
The signal line needs to be shielded and kept away from strong interference sources such as inverters to reduce EMI effects.
Operation and maintenance
Start and stop sequence: Strictly switch on and off according to the regulations, and sudden power outage or overload operation is prohibited;
Regular maintenance: Clean the dust on the radiator and check the fan status every quarter;
Calibrate the potentiometer every year to prevent drift and replace aging seals.
