Precautions for use
Installation requirements
When installing, pay attention to the direction of the water flow inlet and outlet of the valve body to avoid malfunction caused by reverse installation;
When the pressure relief valve drainage pipeline is long (more than 20 meters), the pipe diameter needs to be enlarged to ensure smooth drainage.
Operation and maintenance
Regularly check the sealing performance and pressure setting value to prevent the function from being affected by aging of parts or accumulation of impurities;
After shutdown, the valve needs to be cleaned and the residual pressure needs to be released to avoid solidification of the medium or corrosion of the internal structure.
Working condition adaptation
High temperature environment (such as more than 60℃) needs to add cooling measures, and explosion-proof models should be selected for explosive environments;
Medium containing particles needs to be pre-installed with filters to prevent wear of the valve core or sealing surface.
Electrical and air source management
