Installation and environmental requirements
During installation, ensure that the flow direction of the medium is consistent with the direction marked on the valve body to avoid malfunctions caused by reverse operation;
Keep away from strong electromagnetic interference sources. It is recommended to install filters and pre-clean the pipeline. The oil cleanliness is recommended to meet the NAS 1638 standard.
Operation specifications
The solenoid valve needs to control the voltage fluctuation within ±10% of the rated value to avoid overheating or damage to the coil;
When frequently changing direction, pay attention to the allowable switching frequency of the valve (such as single solenoid valves are generally ≤60 times/minute) to prevent overheating or wear.
Maintenance and safety measures
Regularly check the aging of the seals, clean the surface oil and impurities in time to prevent valve jamming or leakage;
It is forbidden to disassemble the valve body privately, and the malfunction must be handled by professionals; in emergency, the manual operation function can be used for emergency;
When it is out of use for a long time, the system needs to be emptied and the valve body needs to be cleaned to avoid corrosion caused by oil residue.
